Program Support Center (PSC) Return Policy
Objective: To ensure customer satisfaction by managing returns efficiently.
Items Eligible for Return and/or Credit:
Quality Deficiencies:
Items with defects in design, specifications, material, manufacturing, or workmanship.Product Recall:
Items with a recall notice (must be returned by the deadline specified in the recall notice).Customer Ordering Error:
Incorrect item or quantity received.Shipping/Order Processing Errors:
Incorrect item, quantity, or duplicate shipment.Overstock: Items must:
Have been purchased from PSC.
Have at least 12 months until expiration.
Be currently stocked at PSC.
Be in original, unopened packaging.
Not be damaged, hazardous, controlled, or require refrigeration.
Product Damage/Concealed Damage:
Must be reported and returned within five (5) business days of receipt.Items Not Eligible for Return and/or Credit:
Expired in less than 12 months.
Require refrigeration.
Are hazardous or controlled.
Value is less than $50.
Return Instructions:
Initiate the Return:
Contact MedsVise Lebanon customer service at support@medsvise.com within five (5) business days of receipt, or by the deadline on a recall notice.Authorization:
MedsVise Lebanon will evaluate and authorize returns. An authorization form will be emailed with details specific to your request.Return Items:
Return items within the timeframe stated on the Return Goods Form. Credits will be issued at the current market price.Filing a Damaged Items Claim Against the Carrier:
To file a claim for damaged items, contact MedsVise Lebanon customer service at support@medsvise.com and provide:
The carrier responsible for the shipment.
The date and time you received the damaged item.
Details about the damaged item.
